Helmバーは、メインチューブとクロスバー全体に内部バテッド加工を施すことで、強度と重量の最適なバランスを実現しています。これにより、曲げ部分、溶接部、バーの端部など、必要な箇所で厚みと強度を高めつつ、直線部分のチューブを薄く保っています。4130クロモリ鋼管を使用し、溶接後には熱処理を施すことで、優れた強度を実現しています。Helmバーは、お客様の好みに合わせて様々なライズ（高さ）をご用意しており、バックスイープは12°、アップスイープは1°です。

The Helm bars strike the right balance between strength and weight by using internal butting throughout the main tubing and crossbar. This increases thickness and strength where it’s needed in the bends, weld points, and the ends of the bars while keeping the tubing thinner in the straight sections. Constructed from 4130 chromoly steel tubing, these bars are also heat treated for superior strength after welding. The Helm bars come in various rises to fit your preference, and have 12° backsweep with 1° upsweep.
